Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-18
Welcome to Linkaty. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, dashboard, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — we've kept them as clear and fair as we could. 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for an account, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. 2. What Linkaty Is Linkaty is a link-in-bio page builder that lets you create a single page to showcase your links, products, and social profiles, take cash-on-delivery orders, generate QR codes, and customize your page's look. We provide the platform and the tools; what you build and sell through it is yours. 3. Your Account You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please Contact Us right away. 4. Subscription Plans and Payment Some features require a paid subscription. Plan prices, billing periods (monthly or yearly), and included features are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time — we'll always show you the current terms before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund the current period unless required by applicable consumer protection rules or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, Contact Us and we'll sort it out. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: publish or sell anything illegal, counterfeit, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights; post content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative; distribute malware or attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; scrape, resell, or misuse the Service outside of its intended purpose; or impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity. 6. Your Content and Orders You retain ownership of the content you upload and create on your page (text, images, product listings, etc.). By posting it, you grant Linkaty a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service — nothing more. If you use our order forms to sell products or services, you — not Linkaty — are the seller. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings, fulfilling orders, handling returns or disputes with your customers, and complying with any laws that apply to your specific business (consumer protection, product safety, taxation, etc.). Linkaty provides the tools to collect and manage orders; we are not a party to the sale between you and your customer. 7. Intellectual Property The Linkaty name, logo, and the underlying software, design, and technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond what's needed to use the Service normally. 8. Suspension and Termination You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where we're required to by law — we'll aim to notify you when reasonably possible, except in cases of serious or urgent violations where immediate action is necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (like intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination. 9. Service Availability We work hard to keep Linkaty available and reliable, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control can occasionally affect availability. We'll do our best to minimize disruption and communicate significant outages. 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, secure, and functional, but we don't provide warranties beyond what applicable law requires — including, to the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Linkaty and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot legally be limited or excluded. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Linkaty harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your sale of products or services to your own customers, or your violation of these Terms — except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms or applicable law. 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms as our Service evolves. We'll take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes (such as a notice on our site). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using the Service and close your account. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Linkaty operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in good faith, and we encourage you to Contact Us first — most issues can be resolved directly, without needing to go further. 15. Questions If anything in these Terms is unclear, Contact Us. We're happy to explain any part of this in plain language.
